1. Beverages Agave is popular in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for its neutral flavor and mixability. Ready-to-drink teas and lemonades, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Cold brew coffee and coffee drinks, Smoothies and plant-based beverages, Functional drinks (e.g., with vitamins, adaptogens), Cocktail mixers (especially for margaritas and mojitos), Hard seltzers and flavored spirits (e.g., tequila-based drinks), Sports and energy drinks (as a carbohydrate source).
